A boardroom LED wall is judged from short distance. The design should start with the closest seat, the smallest text, the presentation canvas, camera use and the available wall depth — not with pixel pitch alone.

A 7,680 Hz specification can provide additional camera headroom, but it does not independently guarantee a band-free image. Final approval should use the actual corporate camera workflow.

01 What pixel pitch is suitable for a corporate boardroom viewed from 2–5 m?
Start with the closest regular viewer, screen dimensions and the smallest content that must remain readable. Detailed spreadsheets, financial dashboards and presentation text can require more pixel density than full-screen video. Select pitch from the room and content, not from a generic “smaller is better” rule.
02 Should a boardroom LED wall be designed for native 4K?
Native 4K is useful when the room uses detailed presentations, dashboards or 4K sources and the available wall size can support the required pixel matrix. It is not mandatory for every boardroom. Define source resolution, physical wall dimensions and closest viewer before deciding whether 1080p or 4K is the better target.
03 Is 7,680 Hz necessary for Teams, Zoom or corporate video recording?
Not always. 3,840 Hz can be suitable for many meeting-room and studio workflows, while 7,680 Hz provides additional margin for demanding camera conditions. Final image quality also depends on shutter speed, frame rate, scan mode, receiving-card settings, brightness and calibration.
04 How bright should an indoor corporate LED wall be?
Indoor corporate displays should be calibrated for the real room, not operated continuously at maximum output. Boardrooms generally prioritize comfortable luminance, grayscale, black level and contrast. Lobbies facing large areas of glazing may need more luminance headroom than controlled meeting rooms.
05 Does a front-maintenance enterprise LED wall need rear access?
A front-service cabinet can remove the need for a conventional rear maintenance aisle, but the finished installation still needs space for structure, leveling, cable routing, ventilation and module extraction. External power distribution, processors and signal terminations also need safe service access.
06 Can one LED product be used across the entire corporate headquarters?
It is possible, but it is rarely the best engineering assumption. A close-view boardroom may need a finer-pitch 16:9 platform, while a larger lobby or experience-center wall may benefit from a modular fixed-install platform with different cabinet formats. Select each zone from viewing distance, content and architecture.
07 What information should be provided for an enterprise LED quotation?
Provide the room type, active screen dimensions, closest viewing distance, target resolution, source content, camera use, wall depth, service direction, project country and target installation date. Drawings or site photographs make cabinet and installation planning more accurate.
